   So, this begs the question: “Why not Asheville?”

   Is it that it’s a rural location no one’s heard of, and that San Francisco has greater national visibility? Weren’t the concerts in Asheville better performances? Didn’t they have pro-shot video as well?

   I guess I haven’t heard much about pro-video stuff out of SF because online “news” focused so much on Monte’s 200-night stand. Man, I just got back from San Francisco today and I already miss it.
